Remember how I said that it rained every day after Lorry's first day here?
When we could wait no longer, we drove into downtown New Bern, which is really a very cute, historic area. We visited quite a few shops, but made sure that the Pepsi store was one of them. It was raining pretty hard so we ran from store front awning to awning to try to stay dry. I'm sure I have an umbrella... but I haven't seen it in 4 years. ;)
By the way, did you know that Pepsi Cola was invented by a pharmacist right here in New Bern?
The kids enjoyed Pepsi floats.

The Beagle is very serious about his massages. He loves to have a deep tissue massage on his shoulders. If you stop, he pokes at you with his stick like arm to get you going again.
