One of the things I really wanted to do while we were home was to take the kids to see something, really anything at
Sight and Sound Theaters in Lancaster. They are all finally old enough to sit through the entire program AND to really enjoy it for all of it's fabulousness! ;) We went to see the story of Joseph which is the only thing playing right now, but these kids know and love their bible stories, so I think they would have been fine with any of them. Caleb, in particular, has been extremely interested in Joseph lately, so it was a perfect fit for him.

| We bought our tickets fairly early and on a weekday afternoon, so we were only 8 rows back from the front. Here they are, excited for the show to begin. |
 |
| This screen was down in the beginning, with a larger than life Joseph teasing us with what was to come. All photography is banned during the show, so you'll have to go yourself or pick up a dvd on their website if you want more. ;) Suffice it to say that with a stage in the front, one on either side and the movement of actors and live animals down the aisles (and a few times in the air over you), you feel completely immersed in the story. |

| We had to take advantage of their beautiful foyer for a little photo op! |

I think they were all impressed/a little scared of this HUGE Goliath.
At the end of the evening we ventured out into Amish Country and found an excellent Thai restaurant. The little B's and I were ecstatic when we saw Roti on the menu, but unfortunately, they only had savory and when I asked, they didn't seem willing to change that to a sweet Roti. :/ It was still a great end to a great evening and I have heard more than once since then that they want to go back next year when Jonah is comes to town! |

Looks like a great show! Shame on that Thai restaurant. I know just the place where you can get some, though . . . .
