An Evening at Bogey's!

We met my cousin Holly and her son at Bogey Macaws one evening for dinner and fun while we were visiting PA. It was new for us, but Lorry's kids had been there before.  We had dinner in a very nice tropical type setting first....

 After we ate, we all went over to the play area, called "Ballocity".  They had arcade style games where you could earn tickets for prizes, plus this massive ball play area with an obstacle course, slides, and lots of BALLS!

First you pick up the balls..
(We were stuffing our shirts with them until Lorry went out to her car for some bags)

Then you put the balls in here....

And when all the targets on the playset are hit with balls from the guns on the 2nd floor,  it rains BALLS!!!

We tried our hardest to get all the balls up into the scoop before they fell down.  It was so fun!
I hate to admit that my back was a bit sore the next day after spending so much time hunched over, frantically scooping up foam balls.  :/

Sarah didn't really join in with the ball madness, but had fun crawling through some of the obstacles.

Marshall and Eric reconnecting as big boys!  The last time they saw each other, I think they were about  2.  My cousin and I were pregnant at the same time and they are only a few weeks apart in age.  They had lots of fun this visit and I expect that they will be great pen pals!

After our playtime was over, we went back to our seats where the kids had a little scoop of ice cream and a few last pictures before heading home to bed.  Lots of happy faces!
