Random Recent Happenings...

Throughout the course of our days, I've collected a few random pictures of the things that we have found ourselves doing....

Marshall has REALLY been enjoying the produce that life in the desert has to offer... I know, you wouldn't think it would be so good, right? It is probably what I will miss the most when we have to leave here. I have a favorite roadside stand that I like to visit a few times a week. Whenever I cut up a bunch of fruit and put it in the middle of the table, this is what Marshall's seat ends up looking like... that boy LOVES his fruit.

Ms. Amelia enjoys her bubble baths. I thought she looked pretty funny completely immersed in bubbles except for her face.

Jeremy has been going on way too many trips lately. He was organizing his flight gear to take back into work one day and Marshall decided to see if he'd make a good pilot. We all think he would!

You would be amazed by the fun one can have waiting for his sisters to be ready to leave a Walmart bathroom...

Abby found a Red Yucca plant out in the desert that was overflowing with seed pods. Being the Science-minded gal she is, she decided to bring them home to see if anything would grow. She opened a cluster of 3 pods and found 30-40 seeds inside. She planted them in this pretty little purple pot and we waited.... and waited... and waited. Now, all these months later, we have baby yuccas! She sent one lucky little plant back to PA to live in a cactus garden that Pappy and Grandma Bonnie put together for my Grandma.

Marshall got this rocking cool Star Wars playhut for his birthday. The cat LOVES it. She spends the majority of her time hunkered down in there. Wonder why?

The dog, despite her desperation to get to the cat, seems to be a bit put off by the ease in which the tent will move and spook her. So she ever so patiently waits.

Semper was just caught mid-yawn during some play with the cat, but it turned out to look much more ominous...

I forgot to add this one of Marshall's birthday to his birthday post. We took muffins and juice to share with his Sabbath School class the Sabbath before his birthday. His teacher, Ms. Beattie gave him the cute little panda bear pin that he wore on his shirt all that day and the actual birthday.
