So we were driving along this evening and Marshall was reading the "Lego newspaper" (That would be the Lego catalog that they deliver every few weeks just to make sure that small boys will maintain the desire to bug their parents into looking at and buying tiny little toys that fall apart and hurt like nobody's business if you are unlucky enough to find one on the floor in the middle of the night.)
Not surprisingly, the star wars toys are his favorite. He has become quite the proficient reader lately and asked me this evening...
"Mom, why does it say that Princess Leia's ship is HARD TO FIND? You would think it would be easy to find with as big as it is!"
I love this age. This is the same age Abby was when she came up with the bulk of her priceless sayings. It's so amazing to see the things they are capable of understanding that seem impossible and the things you thought they understood which they are actually quite confused by.
