Marshall celebrated his 4th birthday on Saturday. We actually went to Chuck E. Cheese on Friday with friends to run, play and have pizza. Marshall wanted a Thomas the train party again this year (only three years in a row now!), so that was what we did. The kids all had a great time and played until they were ready to fall asleep standing. At church we brought little muffins and juice boxes to replace the usual snack in Marshall and Amelia's Sabbath School class. Abby was pretty bummed that she had to go to her big girl class, but was willing to just have some muffins saved for her. Saturday evening some of our friends came over, mostly adults, to have dinner with us and to sing Happy Birthday to Marshall. There were a few kids to play with so Marshall had company at his train table. We can't believe how quickly time can go and how fast our children seem to grow. We are so incredibly thankful to God for Marshall and what a sweet young man he is becoming.
