Three Mile Island Strawberries and Robot Cowboys

Ok, so that title may not make any sense to you, but that's what our Saturday was like! Abby found a HUGE strawberry hidden in her lunch... It actually looked like 3 strawberries that were siamese twins. She was hesitant to save it as she always is... she's a hoarder! I was a bit concerned about letting her eat it without having it tested for radiation, but decided to throw caution to the wind and let her have at it. After lunch, she decided to make an Indian vest out of a brown paper bag. Marshall took one look at it and said "Abby, are you a robot?" Which I immediately knew meant I'd be making one. He has decided lately that robots are cool and is asking for one for his birthday. In true Caleb (my sister's son) fashion, he can't tell me where he's seen the robot or where to get it. We're positive it's in his head and that HE'S never even seen it in person. I took him to the store the other day and asked him to show it to me.....no luck. Hopefully he won't be disappointed with what we do get him. He has also decided that he wants to go back to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday this year. Jeremy was able to get off work on Friday, the 2nd, so we'll head that way in the morning when no one else is there! When someone asked him at church today how old he'll be on his birthday he replied simply "thomas cake"! I sure do love that boy!

Lara forwarded me the link to your family blog awhile back. I wanted to let you know I don't get to check very often but have found the blog fun and interesting.

I'm happy to know Jeremy is back with you guys and you're all enjoying your time together. We are appreciative of his time and commitment to our country.

I hope to have the chance to meet Tory and the kids eventually!

Blessings,

Ron (& Lara)
