Amelia-isms

Ok, this kid has been full of herself lately.  Here are just a few of her latest comments....

Amelia talking to Abby: "When I am a teenager, you'll be a grown up... AND THAT MEANS MOMMY AND DADDY WILL BE OLLLLLD AND NOT PRETTY ANYMORE!"

(WooHOO!  I'm PRETTY now!?!  I'll call that good enough!)

Amelia talking about a boy (This kid was pure unsupervised testosterone all rolled up into a devilish cute, naughty little boy) who lived in our neighborhood, but moved last year, AND still had the ability to get her tiny Hanes Her Way all wadded up.... "And he told me to say a bad word, but I wasn't going to say it.  So then, you know what?  He said it real quick before I could tell him to stop.  He said the SHHHHH word!!!!"  

This obviously had me concerned.  I asked what word that was.  She said that SHUT (as in up) word.  LOL!!!!!  I was wondering how she knew any other SH-bad words!

Amelia getting ready to walk into her Summer Art Camp class this morning...  "Tell my (stuffed) dogs that I had to go to.... a meeting."

When I went to pick up Marshall from his Summer Reading Program, Amelia's usual Preschool story time teacher was telling me how funny she is and how much she enjoys her time with her.  I tried not to probe.  I don't EVEN want to know what she's been telling her!
