How can time go by so quickly? It seems like just yesterday I was handed this tiny sweet bundle of baby girl and now she's almost grown! Jeremy and I feel so blessed every day to be a part of this amazing child's life.
My sister left a few days before Abby's birthday so it was just us for the day! The first order of the day was PRESENTS!!

The meal Abby chose was breakfast at the Cracker Barrel... 2nd year in a row! After we had our fill of pancakes, we killed some time at Sports Authority, with the girls passing their time in a sporting goods store, the way girls do... by doing their best Yoda impersonation! Then we scooted on over to the movie theater to watch How to Train your Dragon. It was an excellent movie that the kids loved. Everyone left the theater wanting a dragon of their own. Luckily for us, it is specifically forbidden in our base housing agreement!
Abby knew exactly what sort of cake she wanted and when the bakery wasn't able to do it for her, she took matters into her own hands and made one that completely fits her personality! A tie die punch buggy cake!
In the evening, we invited Abby's friends over to share that cake with us! Here are just a few pictures I was able to capture of them that evening:
