And you've guessed it... I'll be torturing you throughout this post with more 50's jargon (and the supposed meaning!)
Our girl Abby got chrome plated (dressed up) in her hippest (cool, in the know, very good) threads (clothes)for a blast (good time) at her friends Awana group, 50's style! All her dollies (cute girls) with the jets (smarts, brains... what? That's right, they're all homeschooled!) were kind enough to indulge this old mom with a few pics before they split (left).
from left to right... Abby, Vanessa, Veronica, Michelle and Hallie... each and every one of them silly!
Abby has been going to this Awana club for a few months now and always has a great time. These girls are good for her and so are the invaluable lessons she learns there.... and that's the word from the bird! (the truth)
