This first recipe is less of a recipe and more of a compilation of things that I find to be especially yummy. Like usual, I found myself in love with a dish that I had at a restaurant and decided that to have it more often, I'd try to recreate it in my own kitchen. Since moving to Yuma, I've been introduced to this wonderful little deli, Kneaders. The one and only thing I've ever ordered from them was so yummy, that it's all I want! At Kneaders, I get this on ciabatta bread. At home, I used the Orowheat multigrain sandwich thins. So yummy! The hard part was figuring out what the sweet yellow sauce was. I think I'm close!
