You know, it's that water stuff that falls from the sky.... Oh, I can't think of it. It's wet and cold... oh.... that's right, it's RAIN!!! And it appears to be falling from the sky! What an odd day! First it was a bit chilly this morning when we woke up. There were clouds in the sky even. Then this afternoon when we were outside playing, I smelled that familiar old smell... rain was on it's way. Around here you know for sure because people RUN from their homes out into the street to play, the exact opposite of the rest of the country, eh? The shouts of joy from neighborhood children can be heard through closed windows. Our friends dog (who happens to be a native Yuman) flat out refuses to step foot out in the stuff. Won't he be in for a shock when they move?
Kevin was nice enough to share the only umbrella he could find.... a sun umbrella!
