So, Amelia noticed my wedding rings the other day. Not for the first time, as she liked spinning them on my finger when she was younger. This time, however, they caused her to pause. She looked at them and inspected them for a bit and this was our conversation:
Mom, what is this?
They're my wedding rings, Mimi.
Where did you get them?
Daddy gave them to me to show me how much he loves me.
With a wide eyed expression of shock, this is what she NO KIDDING says:
MOM, YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED???????
How I love watching these kiddo's figure out their world!

When Pappy got married, Amelia got to wear a prettty princess dress and flowers in her hair. She's probably just excited thinking about how you're going to top THAT for your wedding!
